Very honoured to have been a part of this sale! An amazing young family with a beautiful home, originally built to be their "forever home", trusted us with their sale, as life took an unexpected turn and they needed to move across the country.

The market was very hot at the time of listing and we needed to ensure pricing was on point. This home had so many upgrades, and a view for days! We wanted to showcase this to the right buyers and get the best price for our clients. We also had to be cognizant of our seller's desire to take advantage of the current real estate market, while allowing for a longer possession date so their young daughter could finish out her school year with her friends.

After carefully assessing the data for the community and with our knowledge of how sales were trending at the time, we were able sell their home well over asking price while getting them the perfect possession day that worked for them and the new owners! A real win/win for everyone, and that is the happiest ending of all.

This one was near and dear to us, as the home was not only in our own community, but the seller was a personal friend. 

The homeowner was ready to downsize and simplify to accommodate life changes, but leaving a home you have created so many memories in is not always easy. Being in a cul de sac, on the ridge with a fantastic view and the bonus of year round lake privileges is tough to beat!

We wanted to take advantage of the hot seller's market early in the year, so we got down to business and went from consultation to listing within a week. We engaged our awesome staging partner and photographer to showcase the best features of the home and sold in the first weekend above list price! The buyer even agreed to a summer time possession, which was nearly 5 months after the deal closed, to allow our seller to stay in the home until her new one was ready.

This lovely family with 2 young kids contacted us to help with their sale when a job change prompted their move back to Edmonton.

We were very fortunate to have the honour of selling this gorgeous 2 storey walk out home for one of the nicest couples we have ever met!

This amazing home was situated on a ravine, boasting a large private yard with tons of trees. The square footage compared to some other homes in the same area was a bit less, but the sellers had kept the home immaculate and décor on the inside was already show home material. 

With the proper drone video, pictures and social media exposure we were able to sell the home very quickly and we were even able to negotiate a very lengthy possession date with the buyer as this was very important to our clients.

The sellers of this property came to us through our website, and were not quite sure they were ready to make a move and leave behind the home they had built for their family nearly 3 decades ago.

With thoughts of retirement and a desire to increase their vacation time overseas, they came to the decision to sell their home and downsize to a condo, where they could have the freedom of the "lock & leave" lifestyle. 

The move from a detached home into a condo is not always an easy transition. Letting go of a home you built and raised your family in can be an emotional time.
