Lake Chaparral has a Community Garden. The garden is located on the east side of St. Sebastian’s Elementary School, near the parking lot.
Our plots are 10 feet long and 4 feet wide, with the exception of two higher beds that are slightly narrower to make them more easily accessible for someone with reduced mobility.
We have water and compost facilities on site, as well as basic gardening tools. Renters provide their own seeds and fencing material, if they choose to have one. Rabbits have discovered our tasty garden, so it is recommended.
